Overlooking the 1st hole of Vale de Milho golf course, Carvoeiro, this tranquil two bedroomed ground floor apartment is situated in a small, private condominium of sixteen apartments.

Benefitting from private terraces and communal gardens this spacious property is close to all amenities and in easy walking distance from Vale de Milho golf course club house and the beautiful Praia Centeanes beach.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with its own private entrance that leads to the front door. Once inside the hallway opens into the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with stools.

Beyond the breakfast bar there is a dining table with 4 chairs and comfortable lounge seating. TV and fibre WiFi is provided. The lounge has air conditioning and large patio doors leading to a furnished terrace which is partially enclosed enabling its year round use with views over the golf course.

Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have private terraces, one with views of the golf course the other overlooking the communal gardens. One bedroom has double bed and separate bathroom with walk-in shower, the other has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Within walking distance there are several restaurants, a café and mini market in the nearby Rocha Brava Resort. Vale Centeanes beach with O’stop beach restaurant and bar is 1 km away. Here you can spend the day on the sandy beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and afterwards enjoy the stunning sunsets, the perfect setting for an early evening sundowner. Although the condominium does not have it's own private pool, it is possible to use the pool located in the Lighthouse Bar & Restaurant as a customer, a short 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Carvoeiro village centre and beach is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. Here there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and cafés. Larger supermarkets are a short drive or taxi ride away.

You can easily access the seven hanging valleys trail and enjoy some of the most fantastic scenery encompassing the coastline between Vale Centeanes and Marinha beach. Marinha beach is considered one of the ten most beautiful European beaches and remains one of the most photographed in Portugal.

The apartment has on-road parking in designated parking bays. There are a some steps leading down to the entrance of this apartment from street level.

Carvoeiro Beach Apartment has everything you'll need for a holiday in the beautiful Algarve! Our one bedroom apartment is tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. Linens, towels and beach towels are supplied and if you forget some toiletries, we always have some spare.
You'll find some wine, beer, juice and water in the fridge along with some basic food items, tea, coffee and milk, this is our welcome pack to you to get you settled. Perfect for small families of up to 4 people. The double bedroom has enough space for a crib and the large sofa converts into a very comfortable bed, suitable for up to 2 adults.
