Discover your perfect Algarve holiday retreat at Casa Marianna, a luxurious 4-bedroom villa with a heated pool. Nestled within the sought-after Vale de Milho development, this exquisite property offers a delightful escape for your next vacation.
Casa Marianna is a luxurious 4-Bedroom Holiday Villa with 10m x 4.5m heated pool. It is located in the popular area of Vale de Milho within walking distance of several restaurants, bars and a small supermarket.
The villa is located opposite the popular 9 hole Vale de Milho Par 3 golf course and is a short walk down the picturesque, sandy beach of Vale Centeanes which has its own bar and restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The village of Carvoeiro is a short 5 minute drive away or a 25 minute stroll. Occupying a large fenced plot with an established garden the house is tastefully furnished and boasts a number of fabulous outside spaces for you to enjoy al fresco dining and entertaining during your stay.
Approached through gates which take you up the private driveway around to the front door where you will find ample parking for three cars.
Upon entering the villa into the hallway there is the well equipped kitchen, access from the kitchen leads into a small outside laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Beyond the hallway you enter the house through the dining room, a door here takes you outside into a delightful private courtyard with a barbecue. Steps lead up to a roof terrace with views across the golf course to the ocean beyond.
Beyond the dining room is the comfortable living room featuring a TV that has access to many international channels and log burner, perfect for the cooler months.
From the living room you access another outside terrace, here there is a large dining table with seating for eight covered by a retractable awning perfect for shady evening meals and drinks. This terrace leads down to the swimming pool terrace via a gated staircase. Here you can find another barbecue and small table. Behind the pool terrace is a covered, decked area housing the hot tub and another outdoor lounge area.
Back inside there are two generous sized air conditioned double bedrooms one of which is en-suite with a shower and outside terrace with seating overlooking the pool.
There are a further two large air conditioned bedrooms each with two single beds and a further two bathrooms with showers.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully situated, one double and one twin on each side of the house allowing for privacy for two family or multi generation holidays.
Maid service, bed linen and towel changes are weekly. Air conditioning and hot tub are included. Pool heating is available at an extra cost of €30 per day if required.
Thursday only changeover in July & August.

Great family holiday in lovely Villa

We stayed here in July - 8 of us, 2 families with teenagers and had a fantastic time.
The villa had everything we needed, plenty of space, clean, good facilities in a quiet area.
I don’t think the photos do it justice and we were impressed when wsee more

The villa had everything we needed, plenty of space, clean, good facilities in a quiet area. I don’t think the photos do it justice and we were impressed when we arrived. The pool area is lovely and lots of outdoor spaces. We had an issue with one of the toilets in the week and this was fixed quickly and effectively. We hired cars and this is something I would advise. The journey from the airport took around 50 minutes and was straightforward. We used the cars for supermarket trips, waterpark and visits to the lovely town of Carvoiero and driving around the area was easy. A really enjoyable stay in a great villa |

Our only criticism was our towels were not changed midway as described in the guidebook.

We really enjoyed our time here. Walkable restaurants and supermarket 5 mins drive. The property itself was really lovely - great spaces and the pool was amazing - we had it heated which was definitely needed early April and just perfect. Super easy see more

Super easy to contact the hosts who were very helpful. Check in and out was easy and a simple process. Our kids were 10, 12 & 14 and so the different levels / steps no issue - but probably wouldn't recommend for elderly relatives or self harming toddlers. However I would highly recommend. Kitchen well equipped too & coffee machine.

Within minutes someone came around d to help us which was very much appreciated. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

Our family of 6 with kids from ages 14-11 lived our stay here. We spent countless hours in the pool and hot tub area with beautiful grounds and lots of outdoor seating.
The house was spacious and in a perfect location. We could walk for coffee and tsee more

The house was spacious and in a perfect location. We could walk for coffee and to several restaurants for dinner. There is also a beach within walking distance (15 minute walk) There are several beautiful beaches within a 10-15 minute drive as well as well as some great wineries. The most beautiful beaches within Carvoeiro is an 8 minute drive. John was very responsive. We would stay here again! |

Villa Joao Pedro is located in lovely rural surroundings, enjoying great views across the countryside, near to the charming village of Carvoeiro.
Villa Joao Pedro is a delightful four bedroom villa with a good sized private pool, terraces, and soft landscaped gardens. With Wi-Fi internet (FIBRA) and air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living room- included in the rental rate.
The space
The entrance to the villa is reached via a flight of steps and leads you to the large living room which is complete with a TV with satellite channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet (FIBRA) and a portable air conditioning unit for additional comfort. Separate dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. CD player and breakfast table.
Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and this bedroom utilises the bathroom with shower across the hallway.
Bedroom two is a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and this bedroom shares the uses of the family bathroom across the hall.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek) and bedroom linen (changed weekly).
