Nestled within the sought-after Vale de Milho development, this exquisite property offers a delightful escape for your next vacation.

Located in the popular area of Vale de Milho within walking distance of several restaurants, bars and a small supermarket.

The villa is located opposite the popular 9 hole Vale de Milho Par 3 golf course and is a short walk down the picturesque, sandy beach of Vale Centeanes which has its own bar and restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The village of Carvoeiro is a short 5 minute drive away or a 25 minute stroll. Occupying a large fenced plot with an established garden the house is tastefully furnished and boasts a number of fabulous outside spaces for you to enjoy al fresco dining and entertaining during your stay.

Approached through gates which take you up the private driveway around to the front door where you will find ample parking for three cars.

Upon entering the villa into the hallway there is the well equipped kitchen, access from the kitchen leads into a small outside laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Beyond the hallway you enter the house through the dining room, a door here takes you outside into a delightful private courtyard with a barbecue. Steps lead up to a roof terrace with views across the golf course to the ocean beyond.

Beyond the dining room is the comfortable living room featuring a TV that has access to many international channels and log burner, perfect for the cooler months.

From the living room you access another outside terrace, here there is a large dining table with seating for eight covered by a retractable awning perfect for shady evening meals and drinks. This terrace leads down to the swimming pool terrace via a gated staircase. Here you can find another barbecue and small table. Behind the pool terrace is a covered, decked area and another outdoor lounge area.

Back inside there are two generous sized air conditioned double bedrooms one of which is en-suite with a shower and outside terrace with seating overlooking the pool.

There are a further two large air conditioned bedrooms each with two single beds and a further two bathrooms with showers.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully situated, one double and one twin on each side of the house allowing for privacy for two family or multi generation holidays.

Maid service, bed linen and towel changes are weekly. Air conditioning is included. Pool heating is available at an extra cost of €30 per day if required.

Thursday only changeover in July & August.

Inside, Casa Descoberta has been thoughtfully modernised throughout, combining contemporary style with a warm and homely feel. The spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax, while the fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed family dinner.

All four bedrooms are comfortable and inviting 3 have double beds and the other has twin single beds, while the three beautifully upgraded bathrooms and additional WC provide convenience for larger groups. With everything arranged on a single level, the villa is particularly well suited to families travelling with children and guests of all ages.

Outside, the private swimming pool is the perfect focal point. Spend lazy mornings enjoying breakfast in the sunshine, cool off in the pool during the heat of the day, or simply stretch out on a sun lounger with a good book. When evening arrives, the outdoor dining area and brick-built BBQ create an ideal setting for relaxed alfresco meals and drinks beneath the Algarve sky.

The location is another of Casa Descoberta’s highlights. A local mini-market is within easy walking distance and offers fresh bread daily, while larger supermarkets are just a five-minute drive away. There are also several restaurants and bars nearby, making it easy to enjoy a meal or drink without having to venture far.

The charming coastal village of Carvoeiro is less than ten minutes away by car, with its beautiful beaches, lively selection of restaurants and bars, and picturesque village atmosphere. Taxis and Uber are also readily available, making it easy to explore without always needing the car.

Golf enthusiasts are particularly well catered for, with the Gramacho and Pinta golf courses just five minutes away. For a day at the beach, the beautiful Praia Grande near Ferragudo is around a ten-minute drive. Enjoy a swim in the clear waters, build sandcastles with the children, or settle down at the beach bar and watch the sun set over the coastline.
